If your product is damaged upon delivery, or if we have shipped the wrong item to you, please return the product within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund (including shipping costs *).

If you change your mind (which is normal) or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact [email protected] We are happy to arrange a return or exchange for you within 30 days after receiving the goods. Please note the following: We will not bear the return shipping cost, and the payment will also need to be refunded using the original payment method of the order. All products must be returned in their original state along with the original Bellroy packaging.
